Our Organization
The Avon Lake Travel Baseball and Softball Association, Inc. (ALTBSA) is an independent
Ohio nonprofit corporation organized for charitable, educational, and youth athletic
purposes. We promote, develop, and sustain youth travel baseball and softball in Avon
Lake through competitive teams, development opportunities, coach education, responsible
governance, and community partnership.
ALTBSA serves youth athletes from 7U through 14U, emphasizing sportsmanship, teamwork,
discipline, integrity, resilience, respect, and pride in representing Avon Lake. Our
primary home fields are Weiss Field and Bleser Field through partnership with the City
of Avon Lake. Travel teams compete in regional leagues approved by the Board — see our
